The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to function as a Cleaning
Practitioner.
A Cleaning Practitioner:
- Supervises cleaning services on site in line with the service level
agreement (SLA) - Manages organisational resources (chemicals, equipment, PPE, etc.)
- Ensures the health and safety of staff, customers, and customer clients
